We do offer only real solid brass without any coloring or coating

What's the reasoning behind offering only express shipping?

We exclusively utilize Free Express shipping with FedEx, as standard postal services lack an advanced tracking system. Our Express shipping not only ensures a swift delivery but also empowers you to precisely track the time of your package's delivery. This clarifies our choice to rely solely on the Express shipping method.

1. Warranty Period

Do you offer any warranties on your products?

5-Years warranty on all faucets and sinks. The warranty covers: Damaged items during shipping Leaking items or parts Durability of the finish of all items Products not as described by the images/descriptions If you have any of these problems contact us at contact@brasskitchentap.com Simply send an image/video and a description of the issue.

We will ship you Free replacement parts to fix it. Or you can have a full total refund on your purchase. Please note that damaged items during installation are a special case.

So please handle installation carefully. To install the items follow the simple video instructions on Mybridgefaucets recommendation. Or contact us at contact@brasskitchentap.com and we'll provide all the assistance needed. Using unnecessary force can damage the items during the process.

For returns other than the cases described above. You can ship back the items in a 60-days period for a full refund.
