It often happens that you paid for the order but suddenly changed your mind. It happens not only to women but also to men :-).

We are not going to find the reasons why you want to cancel the order. The most important thing is that there is no need to despair. You can cancel the order and get your money back!

How to Cancel the Order after the Payment

As soon as you requested the cancellation, you will have to wait for our response. If the item is not shipped yet, you will get a full refund in this case. Otherwise, we can not cancel your order.


REFUND POLICY

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 60 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 60 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
